Sage Godrei is a multidisciplinary artist and award-winning writer and filmmaker. She investigates the tension between free will in waking life and the mysterious truths accessible through dream consciousness and the Akashic field. Her work is animated by the belief that biology is technology and is influenced by a wide spectrum of human and non-human behaviours, reactions, and expressions, creating space for the “minorities” in histories of bio-colonialism and biotech systems that have created racial schema. Through transmedia digital interactive installations and experiences that invite audience participation, she aims to provoke inquiry into the unquestionable and cultivate new modes of embodied understanding.
